- "User" or "you" — any person accessing our website or enquiring about our services.
- "Learner" or "participant" — a person who has enrolled in and is actively attending a Narai Studies course.
- "Course" or "Programme" — any of the three structured financial education offerings described on our website.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any course enrolment confirmation.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or submitting an enquiry or enrolment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in a course or submit a contact form.
3. Description of Services
Narai Studies provides structured financial education courses for adults, conducted in English. Our three programmes — Beginning Financial Awareness for Mid-Life, Practical Investment Thinking for Mid-Career, and the Comprehensive Later-Life Planning Program — are designed as educational experiences and do not constitute financial advice, investment management, legal advice, or any regulated financial service under Thai law.
Courses are delivered primarily online via scheduled live sessions, with select in-person gatherings in Bangkok for the advanced programme. Course schedules and intake dates are communicated at enrolment and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
4. Enrolment and Participation
Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full course fee payment and a written confirmation from Narai Studies. Places are limited to cohort maximums stated in our course descriptions (7 or 12 participants depending on the programme).
- You are responsible for ensuring your technical setup (internet connection, device) supports the online session format.
- Attendance is your responsibility. We are not obligated to reschedule missed sessions for individual participants.
- You agree to participate in a respectful manner and to maintain the confidentiality of other cohort members' personal information shared during sessions.
5. Intellectual Property
All course materials — including printed workbooks, templates, planning binders, recorded session summaries, and written content — are the intellectual property of Narai Studies. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own individual learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or sell course materials to any third party.
6. Payment Terms
Course fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and must be paid in full prior to the first session unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed. All fees are stated inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment methods will be communicated at enrolment.
Refund policy: Cancellation requests received more than 14 days before the first session are eligible for a full refund. Requests received within 14 days of the first session are eligible for a 50% refund. No refund is available after the first session has taken place. In the event that Narai Studies cancels an intake, full refunds will be issued promptly.
7. Disclaimers
Our courses are educational in nature. They are not a substitute for individualised professional financial advice, legal counsel, or investment management. Narai Studies makes no representation about the financial outcomes that may result from applying knowledge gained during a course. No instructor recommendation during a course session should be construed as personalised financial advice.
Course materials are prepared with care and reflect information current at the time of writing. We do not warrant that all content remains accurate at the date of your participation, particularly with respect to Thai regulatory and tax matters, which are subject to change.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Narai Studies's total liability to any learner arising from or in connection with a course shall not exceed the course fee actually paid. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation or non-participation in a course, or from reliance on any educational content.
9. Confidentiality of Cohort Discussions
Participants agree to treat personal and financial information shared by other cohort members during group sessions as confidential. This obligation survives the completion of the course. Narai Studies will not disclose personal information shared between participants in sessions to third parties, except as required by law.
10. Termination
Narai Studies reserves the right to remove a participant from a course where their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the portion of the course already delivered. Participants may voluntarily withdraw at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 6.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a course enrolment shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
Narai Studies may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For enrolled participants, material changes will be communicated by email. Continued participation in a course after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with your enrolment confirmation, form the entire agreement between you and Narai Studies in relation to a course.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future.
